These are the positions
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Guide the entire band during rehearsals, Sunday Services, and Deeper Worship Nights to create a sound that is excellent and supports the direction that the worship set is going. Support the worship leaders and production team to address issues and create a cohesive worship service. Support and provide feedback to musicians where needed. A strong level of musicianship is required for this role. This role is typically filled by a musician serving on the team.
GUITARIST
Provide extra support to the sound at our Sunday Services and Deeper Worship Nights, serving with your guitar. An acoustic guitar is generally used in all services, and when we have the capacity in the team, we may also add electric guitar. We have a multi-effects processor available for use. A low-key audition is required to serve in this position.
DRUMMER
Keep time, and bring the back-bone to the sound at our Sunday Services and Deeper Worship Nights, serving as a drummer. Usually, we use a full set, but there are times when a Cajon is needed. A low-key audition is required to serve in this position.
BASSIST
Bring rhythm and groove at our Sunday Services and Deeper Worship Nights, serving as a bass player. A low-key audition is required to serve in this position.
VOCALIST
Use your voice to lead our community into worship at our Sunday Services and Deeper Worship Nights, serving as a vocalist. A low-key audition is required to serve in this position.
KEYBOARDIST
Add layers of melody and create a supportive atmosphere at our Sunday Services and Deeper Worship Nights, serving as a keyboard player. We are using a software-based keys setup, which is very simple to pick up if this is new to you. A low-key audition is required to serve in this position.
SONG CHARTER
Create chord charts for new songs at our Sunday Services and Deeper Worship Nights. Communicate with the ProPresenter team for lyric arrangements for new songs. Requires the ability to listen to music by ear and accurately translate what is heard onto a chord chart to be played by a band.
VOCAL/ INSTRUMENTAL COACH
Raise up new musicians and invest in existing musicians on the team by providing coaching and mentorship in a 1-1 or 1-many setting. Transfer and share your skills to give others a chance to grow.
ADMINISTRATOR
Handle general team administration such as creating and maintaining team records, internal team knowledge, and content documentation. Support organization and communication of events (Team Days, Deeper, other church events such as Christmas, Easter, etc.). Empower the team to run efficiently and autonomously by utilizing tools and processes. Does not necessarily require any level of musical ability.
WORSHIP SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
Handle the preparation required for serving in worship on Sundays, and ensure the team is equipped with all they need. Practically this means ensuring communication is flowing, required information is available, and the worship items of the service order in Planning Centre are accurate and complete. This role works closely with the worship team leader, worship leader, presentation team and teaching pastor to ensure a cohesive service. Does not necessarily require any level of musical ability.

MEET THE TEAM LEADER, SAM
Sam is the Finance Operations Manager in a
software company. If he could travel right now he would like to go to a remote village somewhere in Japan. He likes to either visit a nice cafe with a great coffee or somewhere out in nature, or exploring new sounds and ideas in his studio.
Sam is a night person. The last book he read was A book called "Bruchko and the Motilone miracle." He speaks English and Estonian (enam-vähem). He grew up in a small town called Chinchilla, in Australia. If he could he would like to learn how to do soldering and cable repairing. His favorite colour is blue.
