Focus Church is different than you may imagine.
We have a band rather than an organ. We hang out and get to know each other over free-flowing coffee and snacks. We talk about real life and dream up ways to make a true difference for people and the community. Dress however you feel comfortable. You’ll find most people dress casually.
Our goal is to make this experience fun, meaningful, and an inspirational highlight of the week. We want you to feel free to check everything out without any pressure.

GOD
Creator
We believe there is one God who is the creator and ruler of the universe (Genesis 1:1). He exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).
JESUS
The Son of God
We believe that Jesus is the Son of God. We believe in His virgin birth (Matthew 1:23), His sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), that He paid the price for our sins on the cross (I Corinthians 15:3), that He rose again three days later (John 11:25), and that He will come again (Acts 1:11)
HOLY SPIRIT
Helper
We believe the Holy Spirit is with all Christians and helps them live a godly life (Romans 8:11). Because God’s Spirit lives in us (I Corinthians 6:19-20), we should strive to live like Jesus. The Holy Spirit offers power for living a godly life, the ability to understand the Bible, direction in how to live like Jesus, and gifts and talents that we use to help others know Jesus
THE BIBLE
The Book of Life
We believe that the Holy Spirit guided people who knew God to write about Him (II Peter 1:20-21). Therefore, we believe the Bible is inspired by God and without error. The Bible is our primary source for teaching and learning how to be more like Jesus (II Timothy 3:16-17)

Lead Pastor
Kristin Külm
Kristin is from Estonia, but spent years as a teacher abroad in schools in Denmark, the UK, Malawi, Angola, and Mozambique. She grew up with no connection to God or the church. She was invited to one of Focus' first Alpha Courses in 2013. Although far from God initially, the more she explored, God’s love became genuine and changed her life. Kristin has spent several years training for pastoral ministry and is now an ordained minister. She is also a full time fire fighter at the local rescue station, loves CrossFit, and rides horses.
Teaching Pastor
Rodney Corcoran
Rodney is from Canada and moved to Estonia in 2000 as a missionary focusing primarily on youth work. Since then, he has worked with Next Level International missions and Toompea Kogudus and helped found the Next Step Bible School (which he continues to direct today).
He and his wife Kaja has been married 24 years and have 4 children - Emily, Mattias, Dominik, and Kristabel. He decided to follow Jesus at age 22 and now has a theology diploma from Horizon Bible College and a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Hult Business School. He's been in ministry since graduating.
Nick & Olivia Puccini
Founding Pastors
Nick and Olivia Puccini moved to Tallinn, Estonia, with their two children in 2012. God led them to Tallinn to start an English-speaking church. With the help of a team of missionaries, Focus Church was launched in September 2014. Since 2021 they have been continuing their ministry work in their home state in USA.
