We exist to amplify and spread the message of Jesus by creating high-quality sound and visual content to engage and reach people in person and online using technical equipment at our disposal.

These are the positions:
SYSTEM ADMIN
Takes care of the equipment related to sound, lights, video, and presentation. Fixes and replaces broken parts. Actively seeks ways to improve quality and makes recommendations on new purchases.
RECRUITER
Engages with the community, actively seeks out new team members, and responds to those who desire to serve on the team. Manages initial conversations, qualifying potential team members up to the point of a trial day.
PRESENTATION
Prepares sermon notes, lyrics, and media files for Sunday. Presents media, lyrics, and notes during service. Very detail-oriented and focused.
POST PRODUCTION
Edits live stream videos and removes the beginning and end of service announcement after we go live. Create bumpers and overall make our videos look good at the end.
SOUND ENGINEER
Responsible for running the sound system, helping band members with technical questions, being present at the rehearsal, mixing band for house and online, helping build systems for special events (All Team Day, Deeper, Christmas, Easter), and making gear recommendations.
VIDEO DIRECTOR
Mixes video feed for online, guides camera operators, is responsible for the online experience, understands the big picture of the broadcast, is quick with decisions, and is focused.
CAMERA OPERATOR
Uses camera movement to carry energy online, follows the preacher and captures props used during the message, is creative with camera angles, movements, and framing, is quick with decisions, and helps to tell a story through the lens.
MEET ERIK, THE TEAM LEADER
Erik works as a system administrator and production technician at a
Christian TV channel. If he could travel anywhere right now it would be the US. He doesn't have a favorite song and likes to play PC games and hanging out with friends. He is a night person, grew up in Viljandi, Estonia and speaks Estonian and English. His favorite colour is white.
