These are the positions
TABLE LEADER
Facilitates active conversation and dialogue at their table before and after each video session, prays for the guests at their table, works to make everyone feel welcome, and has previously attended Alpha as a Guest or Helper.
HOST
Helps secure a location for each season. Organizes the catering for the weekly meetings, ensures the atmosphere is welcoming, and helps coordinate the Alpha Weekend retreat.
COMMUNICATOR
Works with the team leader to ensure everyone knows everything they need to know via email or social media before and each week during the season.
HELPER
Lends a hand wherever needed, helps set up tables, makes coffee, opens gates, prays for the guests and the sessions, cleans up, and helps table leaders keep discussions active.

MEET THE TEAM LEADER, LACIE
Lacie is mostly a mom but an artist by night.
She would love to take a road trip through India.
She likes to hang out in cafes with friends, painting, foraging/growing things, reading, and wandering. She is a night person, but also has 5 kids, so mornings are a thing... The last book she read was Operation Joktan by Amir Tsarfati and she speaks English and a bit of Spanish, but understands a fair amount of French and a bit of Estonian. Lacie grew up all over the US but a bit longer in Wyoming and Colorado. She would love to learn how to make pottery and to restore ancient artwork. Her favorite colour is Mustard Yellow.
